At Green House Seed Co. we guarantee the germination of our seeds. Our policy is to replace the ones that are not germinated. That’s because we trust our products.
If after following our germination instructions (found here) your seeds did not germinate, we ask you please to write a specific description with pictures (if that’s possible) of the germination process you have followed. That way we are able to study the situation of your plants and give you a proper answer of what could have been the problem, before replacing your seeds with new ones.
So in order for us to replace the seeds please send us the following materials:
1. Detailed germination description.
2. Pictures of the process.
3. None-germinated seeds.
4. Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt or package).
*As soon as we have received all the items mentioned above, we will look at the seeds and get back to you as soon as possible.
Please do not forget to include your email and valid shipping address in the letter, this way we can contact you fast and easy.
